A Linha da Reciclagem é um serviço de atendimento PÚBLICO, GRATUITO e NACIONAL que foi criado para dar respostas eficazes ao cidadão, nomeadamente para responder a dúvidas, pedidos de informação, sugestões, reclamações, elogios e pedidos de serviço relacionados com a recolha e tratamento de resíduos urbanos.

As campanhas - Ecovalor, Toneladas de Ajuda, EcoEventos, EcoPraias e Mercado a Reciclar – permitem alcançar vários públicos e desafiar os cidadãos a reciclarem tudo, sempre e em qualquer lugar. Em todas elas, é possível quantificar as embalagens recicladas e medir resultados.

European Week for Waste Reduction highlights electronic waste
